1. Who we are

This website is operated by Weekend Academy (company number [Company number]), [Registered office address]. Contact: [support@your-domain.com]. We are an independent revision resource and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.

2. The service

We provide online access to original practice questions and explanations for the MRCPI examinations. Access is sold for a fixed period (for example 3, 6 or 12 months) which starts at the moment of purchase and ends automatically. We do not guarantee any examination result.

3. Your account and personal licence

  • Your purchase grants a single, personal, non-transferable licence to view the content for the period purchased.
  • You must not share your login, allow anyone else to use your account, or access the service from more than the permitted number of devices.
  • You must not copy, screenshot, record, download, scrape, reproduce, publish, sell or distribute any question, answer or explanation, in whole or in part, by any means.
  • We monitor usage patterns. Accounts showing sharing, automated access or bulk extraction will be suspended without refund, and we may pursue legal remedies for breach of copyright.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site is original work owned by Weekend Academy and protected by copyright. Content may carry visible or invisible identifiers linking it to your account.

5. Payment and cancellation

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, who issue your receipt and handle VAT. By ticking the consent box at checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 / EU Consumer Rights Directive, you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access has begun. See our Refund Policy.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours through our fault, we will extend your access by the lost period.

7. Liability

Content is provided for educational purposes only and is not clinical advice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the current access period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
